About Us

We skate on the traditional lands of the Wadawurrung and Eastern Maar people and acknowledge them as the Traditional Owners and Protectors of this diverse and beautiful environment here on the Surf Coast.
We are the Surf Coast’s first roller skate school passionate about bringing more fun, fitness & inclusive community vibes to people’s lives. Established in 2019, we are more than just a school – we are a community of friendly humans committed to helping others feel fit, confident & happy. We believe that self-expression, facing fears & overcoming obstacles are crucial life skills that help us in other areas of our lives.

Skating is an easily accessible way to improve people’s mental health and fitness. Our team of workshop leaders creates a safe, inclusive environment to empower anyone towards feeling confident enough to include skating as part of their regular exercise and mindfulness practice.

Our team offers a variety of classes for all ages and abilities, from beginners learn to skate classes, fitness skating, dance skating, street skating and special community events, discos & workshops with guest teachers.

Mission Statement

We are a school – crew of like minded, fun community minded people who are friendly & passionate about being inclusive, helpful & supportive of others no matter where you are at with your fitness.
We design our classes to be a dynamic fusion of genres & include lots of variety with our main mission being for you to have fun, build fitness, strength, confidence & skills while making new friends on wheels safely. All of our roller skating classes feature techniques from dance/artistic/speed/street/derby/fitness/jam & park skating.

We believe roller skating is one of the best things you can do for your mental health.

We support our students to improve their technique, fitness recovery with advice on skating safely and where to get gear.

We guide our crew on how to be active and contribute to the community in positive ways.

We also host regular roller skating events, disco parties, street skates & community gatherings.

We can customise a roller skate party for you and also have roller skate performers, rovers, entertainers for your next business, private or community function.
